Mermaid Premium IODISED
Fine granulated sea salt, Mermaid Premium is our highest quality evaporated solar salt. With an average particle size 0.45mm, our white crystal salt is highly demanded by food manufacturers. Potassium Iodate is added as the idoising agent as according to FSANZ food standards code.

Mermaid Superfine IODISED
Widely used in baking industry, this very fine to almost powdery sea salt has an average particle size approx to 0.3mm. Highly soluble, this product dissolves readily and mixes consistently with other fine granular ingredients. Potassium Iodate is added as the idoising agent as according to FSANZ food standards code.

Mermaid Flossy IODISED
High quality refined salt, Mermaid Flossy has an average particle size of 1.0mm. An all-purpose, medium granular salt well suited to a wide range of applications. Our most popular salt within the baking industry, this product is suitable for almost all baking applications.
