Cheetham adds value to iodine
From September 2009 the nation’s food regulatory body, Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) legislated to mandate the use of iodised salt in bread manufacture.
Cheetham Salt was instrumental in the iodine fortification discussion since its beginning. We openly offered information to FSANZ during all development phases of the iodine fortification proposal. Today, we proudly offer our baking customers a vast array of products suitable for all applications within the bread making process.
Sea Lake Mallee Rally
Sea Lake is the home of Mallee Rally, an off road event that runs around Lake Tyrell in regional Victoria. Sea Lake Mallee Rally is held annually on the Queen’s birthday long weekend, and bands together the local community to enjoy the novelty and camaraderie of off road racing.
